Fringe Benefits
The Fringe Benefits Committee periodically reviews existing policies relating to fringe benefits of the faculty and staff of Emory University and proposes policy changes and new initiatives.
It recommends to the University Senate improvements in the fringe benefits structure in order to meet the diverse needs of the Emory community. In its deliberations, it works closely with Human Resources, which assists the committee in its research and provides technical assistance so that proposed benefits comport with existing law and regulation.
